Joanna, a young wife and mother, moves from Manhattan to the upper-class suburb of Stepford, Connecticut. Once there, she makes friends with bombastic Bobbie Markowitz. Together they find out, much to their horror, that all the housewives are strangely blissful, and somehow... doomed.

Palace Digital Studios provided stage facilities to the director of The Stepford Wives, Frank Oz, and his production crew to screen dailies each evening during a two week shooting schedule in locations around Fairfield County, Connecticut.
