Palace Digital Studios created the main title animation for "West Point," a program on the Travel Channel's "American Icon" series. Designer Paccia, using beauty shots of West Point as well as action footage of the cadets doing military exercises, treated the imagery in AfterEffexts and created animated outlines of stars in which the footage was positioned. The star animations were layered and composited over a filtered moving flag background that Paccia designed. The main title, "West Point," was created as a 3D model and animated and composited over the densely layered patriotic background.
